Had to exchange twice (unfortunately), but berch was extremely responsive every time. Sad to have to pay for tariffs and exchange price multiple times - but poor planning on my part!
Cannot recommend this item enough - ordered and arrived super quick. Unfortunately the size we ordered was a little small so contacted the seller who was super helpful and arranged for the item to be posted back and new one sent out. My fiancée loves his ring 👏🏼
