All of our products on Berch Jewelry will be shipped to you from Spain.

We are offering Free  Express Shipping.

Please note that we do not ship to islands such as Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Mallorca

We only ship on business hours (from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). The orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed in the next working day.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually it takes 5 to 7 days for workmanship. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to the Customs.

Return Conditions

We hope that you will fall in love with our handmade rings! However, we gladly accept returns, exchange and cancellations if the return conditions have been met.

You can return our product if it is unused and undamaged.

To return your product(s), please follow these steps:

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of the delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
